Submitting a booking or enquiry through our website, Google Ads Lead Form, phone, WhatsApp, or email does not automatically guarantee a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after our team communicates the availability and applicable fare or booking details to you.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including pickup location, destination, travel date, pickup time, contact number, passenger details, and other information required to arrange the trip.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, additional charges, or inability to provide the requested service.
Taxi fares may vary depending on the vehicle, route, distance, trip type, waiting time, tolls, parking charges, permits, taxes where applicable, and other trip-specific factors.
Any quotation provided before the trip is subject to the trip details communicated by the customer and the applicable terms of the quotation. Additional charges may apply when the actual trip differs from the originally provided information.
Customers should be ready at the agreed pickup location and time. Waiting charges may apply when a vehicle is required to wait beyond any complimentary waiting period communicated at the time of booking.
For airport pickups, the customer should provide correct flight details where requested. Flight delays or changes should be communicated to us as soon as reasonably possible.
Airport transfer availability depends on vehicle availability and the booking information supplied by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate flight and contact details and for informing us of significant schedule changes.
Outstation fares and conditions may depend on the selected route, vehicle, number of days, kilometres, state permits, tolls, parking, driver allowance, and other applicable charges. The final terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation, rescheduling, or changes to a booking should be communicated as early as possible. Depending on the vehicle allocation, timing, distance, or other booking conditions, cancellation or modification charges may apply.
Any specific cancellation terms communicated with the booking confirmation will take precedence for that booking.
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. In exceptional circumstances, we may provide a suitable alternative vehicle or reschedule the service where reasonably possible.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions. We may refuse or discontinue a service where passenger conduct creates a safety risk, causes unlawful activity, or poses a serious risk to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.
Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Please check the vehicle before leaving it. Tiruppur Taxi Service is not responsible for personal belongings left behind unless required otherwise by applicable law.
